Farr Associates has developed sustainable master plans for a wide variety neighborhoods and districts, ranging from an eco-industrial district to downtown districts to transit oriented developments to neighborhood redevelopment. Our district and neighborhood master plans focus on complete places: incorporating necessary and coordinated uses, ensuring support for transit, and re-orienting to allow comfortable walking.
