WESTMONT DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Transit-Oriented Development plan for the Village of Westmont is situated on the Metra west line. It targets increased ridership through new housing development, bus route links, shared parking, and improved bike/pedestrian access. The project produced a 24-hour pedestrian-oriented downtown with new upscale retail, multi-family housing, and improved parking and access.
