OAKTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE MONUMENT SIGNAGE & NATURAL AREAS RESTORATION
Farr Associates is collaborating with Conservation Design Forum on a master plan for both near-term and long-term natural areas restoration on Oakton’s 147-acre campus. This work includes planning for wetlands, lakes, natural prairie, and Cook County Forest Preserve woods.
This work also includes the design and construction of campus monument signage in several locations across campus. Farr Associates worked a signage a wayfinding program that features unique Oakton characteristics like their oak leaf logo and natural building materials.
